Jeanie Marshal Foods began Life in 1993 as a small catering company who believed in making good food using good ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible. Over the years our ethos has never changed, however we have grown a little since those early days. We are still based close to where we started in Sussex, next to the bustle of Gatwick Airport.
In the early days we were set up to work with the In-flight Caterers in the Aviation Industry, however today it’s a different story we have grown and now we work with a wide range of customers, producing bespoke products for Hotels, Train Networks, High Street Coffee shops, Education, contract Caterers, Airline Caterers and much more.
It has been a wonderful experience to work with such a professional and enthusiastic team. They have gone above and beyond to invest in better equipment and to provide a more diverse food offering; they also embrace values which are dear to me, such as provenance, sustainability, fair trade and seasonality. They are consistent and at all times they provide a positive work environment.
